Mental health is not something that is only relevant in therapy. It is part of our daily well-being. Our day-to-day emotions such as joy, sadness, dissatisfaction, stress, or burnout are all aspects of our mental health. I have a passion for highlighting the everyday ways we can take care of our mental health so that we can enjoy our lives as balanced as possible. My goal is to share information and practices in an understandable and accessible manner.
