Welcome!

I’m glad you’re here.

Mental health is an important part of our daily lives – it affects how we think, feel, and act. Taking care of ourselves can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to go it alone.

As a licensed therapist, I work with you to create a space that honors and respects all of your experiences - the good, the hard, and everything in between. I use effective, research-backed methods, like cognitive-behavioral skills, mindfulness, and problem-solving strategies, all tailored to meet your personal goals and needs.

About me

I’ve been working with adults for the past 5 years in both primary care and psychiatric settings. I use a range of evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, and ACT, and pull from trauma-focused therapies such as CPT, PE, and EMDR.

My approach starts with you at the center - your experiences, what's important to you, what you're aiming for, and what you need. I emphasize collaboration in the work we’ll do together and invite your input every step of the way. My goal is to give you the tools and support you need to grow and tap into your own strengths.
